Yoga

Improve your posture, strength, and flexibility with a yoga class at The Fitness Lodge, suitable for all skill levels in a easy going non-intimidating environment.

Body Pump

A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.



Bar Training Class

Strength and endurance session, with low impact exercises to promote a toned physique. Suitable for all abilities.


Legs, Bums & Tums

Full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up the thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.


Strength Sessions

A full-body workout to improve physical performance. Under the supervision of our trained instructors, you’ll be working with kettlebells and barbells performing agility drills to build strength and endurance.


Hiit Training

A metabolic workout where each exercise is performed to the maximum with set rest intervals. Combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval techniques to set the metabolism on fire.

Boxing

Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Semi Private Sessions

Semi private is training multiple people at the same time. Each person is doing their own personalised workout, but the coach is managing the session and guiding each person through their own workout.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is defined as: a short, intensive, and rigorous course of training. A congregation of like-minded, common-goal-oriented, individuals who all work together to build strength and overall fitness.

Every session you undertake at The Fitness Lodge with your MyZone belt means you get sent an email with a full stat report to help you to track your exercise sessions.


This system really is addictive!! It can also be used for any exercise session outside of The Fitness Lodge.
